Anchorage is a charming single-story villa nestled within a half hectare of tropical landscaped gardens on the western end of the Sandy Lane Estate. This lovely villa is just a stone's throw from the Sandy Lane Hotel and the private Property Owners Beach Club. Open plan living offers a bright and airy feel to the entire house which is complemented by the furnishings throughout.
The spacious vaulted living area is a blend of old Barbados mahogany furniture & coral stone with the more modern bamboo to create a modern Caribbean style feel. The main living and dining room has large marble formal dining table perfect for enjoying dinner with friends and family.
Once the large sliding doors are opened to the northern side of the living room you flow naturally out on to the terrace which overlooks the pool and garden area. This space is perfect for enjoying a cocktail and a good book.
Anchorage has three good sized bedrooms all of which feature air-conditioning. The large master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, with double basin ensuite bathroom with large shower. The second and third bedrooms offer Twin beds, which can be connected together to make King beds. The second bedroom has a full bathroom accessed across the hallway and the third Bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with bath/shower.
Located near to the Sandy Lane Property Owner Beach Club, guests can take a quick stroll down to the beach and enjoy complimentary sun loungers, beach umbrellas and a small private cabana perfect for storing personal items while on the sand.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
