Belair is a beautiful beachfront villa on Mullins beach. Superbly decorated, this is a a lovely villa that has the best sea view from its panoramic terrace.

Belair is a popular villa located on the white sands of Mullins Beach on the West Coast of Barbados.

This recently refurbished villa offers 4 spacious and comfortably furnished bedrooms in the main residence - there are two further bedrooms in the adjoining guest house. The bright and tastefully decorated entrance leads you into the spacious living room with its columns of natural stone and breathtaking panoramic views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and are stylishly furnished with fresh tropical tones. With the modern home entertainment system, high speed broadband and Wi-Fi it's easy to stay tuned in and equally easy to tune out and relax to the sound of the ocean lapping the beach just steps away. Alfresco dining is offered on the beachfront terrace which is a wonderful place to start or end the day - watching the sun set with a refreshing cocktail in hand.

Belair has an experienced team to take care of your needs and the Cook and Housekeeper/Laundress offer excellent levels of service and care ensuring everyone in the party gets a holiday.

Christmas and New Year Pricing Information

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
