A lovey villa at Royal Westmoreland with a separate 1 bedroom cottage. This villa is decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard.
Cassia Heights 15 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence set within a quiet cul-de-sac. Just a stroll away from the Clubhouse and the Sanctuary, with its communal swimming pool, many amenities are within easy access to its guests.
The light and airy main house with its split-level design, offers 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and spacious living area with large ceiling-height bay windows, high ceilings and access to the patio just beyond. This patio enjoys views of the lake and is furnished with a casual outdoor dining area perfect for a relaxing breakfast or evening meal. The third en-suite bedroom is nestled in a self-contained detached cottage set within the enclosed front courtyard.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. The Master bedroom located on the upper level of the main house is furnished with a King-size bed while the guest bedroom on the lower level offers two Twin-size beds. The Guest Cottage offers a King-size bed.
Guests of Cassia Heights 15 have access to all Royal Westmoreland social facilities, including the Sanctuary communal pool and gym, the tennis, the Club House and the exclusive beach club at Mullins Bay, St Peter. The Mullins Bay beach facilities also offer guests a beachfront deck with direct views out to the sea. A free shuttle service operated by Royal Westmoreland or use of a private members-only parking at Mullins Bay is available to guests of the villa.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please note: In early 2020, Royal Westmoreland announced the likely introduction of a US$10 per person daily fee, payable locally. Although this policy has not yet been implemented, this may change in future.
