Coral Cove 7 is one of just 14 apartments in the Coral Cove development. This 2,481 sq ft, end unit apartment features open living space including three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a wide, sea-facing terrace with outdoor dining and incredible views.
This luxury beachfront development overlooking Paynes Bay, St. James, was designed by leading contemporary architect, Roldano Bellori. Guests staying at Coral Cove have dedicated use of beach chairs and umbrellas placed on the sandy stretch of beach which offers both safe swimming and water sports.
Located on the second floor of the development, this 2,481 sq. ft. end unit has been impressively finished with warm mahogany accented by beige decor and bright hues throughout.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen and living area that leads straight out to the sea-facing terrace ideal for al fresco dining and simply relaxing. The en suite Master Bedroom provides both a large walk-in shower and bath. The terrace can be directly access from this bedroom. Further two guest bedrooms are located near the entrance of the apartment. Bedroom 2 has use of a shared bathroom with a shower, whilst Bedroom 3 has an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).
Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

This was our second visit to Barbados and we had a truly wonderful holiday, falling back in love with the island, the way of life and the house we rented for 2 weeks.
