Dene Court is a beautiful five bedroom Barbados rental villa nestled on just over an acre of mature tropical gardens. This lovely villa is located in the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate, and features private access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach where guest will can enjoy the complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas.
This villa is full of elegant design and décor and a long list of impressive amenities. The private pool is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the Caribbean sun. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and a serene atmosphere. The central feature is the pool terrace, which sits beneath the cool shade of mature palms and tropical gardens. It features a marble terrace with sun decks and an elegant verandah. This is furnished as a wonderful alfresco living space with a breakfast area, large lounge and formal dining suite.
The property boosts a very unique feature in that it has two master bedrooms. The first master is located on the ground floor of the residence and has a wonderful private garden and patio perfect for reading on a morning. The second master is located on the top floor and also features a private patio which can also open to the larger upstairs patio allowing families to be together. All the bedrooms have their own unique feel, each featuring en-suite bathrooms, air conditions and garden views.
The interiors are welcoming and include a massive, great room with terrazzo floors, a balcony leading to the second floor and generously sized furnishings in the lounge and living room. Nearby is the formal dining room and steps from there is the gourmet kitchen.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
