Eden is a magnificent five-bedroom, colonial style villa and cottage deserving of its name as a true paradise, nestled within an acre of lush tropical gardens on the exclusive Sugar Hill estate.

The grand entrance, accessed from the private driveway, features a sweeping marble staircase to the open plan living area. Here, the entertainment centre includes a 42-inch high definition television, a wide range of satellite TV channels and top quality Hi-Fi, with Sonos wireless music system, CD player, iPod link and individually controlled speakers. Three sets of doors open from the living room onto a magnificent covered terrace, with stunning views of the gardens and sparkling Caribbean Sea beyond.

The main villa houses four en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms with elegant marble bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and French doors leading onto an expansive covered patio. The interior furnishings are a blend of modern and plantation-inspired styles, including stand-alone dressers, comfortable chaises longues, and tropical art.

The guest bedroom, on the first floor, opens out onto the upper terrace, with easy access to the pool deck below. The ground floor consists of three bedrooms, two with king size beds (which can be converted into twin beds) and a four poster master bedroom, all with French doors onto a spacious covered terrace, pool area and gorgeous gardens. A separate self-contained cottage on the west of the pool deck includes a kitchenette and en-suite bedroom.

The fully-equipped kitchen leads onto the large upper terrace. A charming pool-side gazebo offers a more relaxed option for al fresco lunches or sunset cocktails before more formal evening celebrations. The pool terrace is surrounded by beautiful and extensive landscaped gardens.

Guests have exclusive access to Sugar Hill's Clubhouse and Facilities which include a modern, fully-equipped air-conditioned gym, communal pool, restaurant and bar, and four flood-lit, all-weather tennis courts. Guests of Eden also have complimentary membership to the exclusive beach club at the nearby Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. Your membership entitles you to full use of the beach amenities; on-site café, the sun beds, umbrellas, shower, changing facilities, plus rental of the water sports equipment.
