On entering the villa, you feel instantly welcomed and at home. High ceilings, soothing tones, and inviting pool views meet the eye. The first place you will instinctively want to explore is the pool deck. The outdoor space is soothing and rejuvenating. The area is complete with a beautiful abstract pool design, lush landscaping, and a covered patio area with an outdoor barbecue grill, perfect for summer entertainment. Take in the breathtaking views from every angle while basking in the warm sunshine.
When you are finally able to tear yourself away from this private slice of paradise, explore the bedrooms. On the ground level, there are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool, so you can go from bed to pool in seconds.
The second bedroom mirrors the first with slightly different details and there is a cosy mini library for avid readers. The kitchen features an intimate setting for family dinners by the breakfast nook. The kitchen is complemented by a six-burner stove, custom cabinetry, and sleek wood and marble finishes. If your group is large, there is a generous dining area decorated in warm coral hues. The beauty of this property extends beyond the indoors, and the endless outdoor space is also great for magical nights under the stars.
What we love about this holiday home is the warmth and expansiveness of the main bedroom. It encompasses the entire upper floor. This bedroom will be your haven, offering plenty of natural light and views of the west coast beach from the large bay window. The warm, dark wood flooring, soothing decor, and sea life artwork create the perfect tropical ambience with a modern take. This spacious master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.
There are many resort amenities to utilise. A Clubhouse, an acclaimed restaurant, two communal swimming pools, and four championship tennis courts. Guests of Fiddlesticks also have complimentary membership to the exclusive beach club at the nearby Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
