A lovely penthouse apartment located at Glitter Bay, in an ideal position by the sea, and very well decorated throughout.
Glitter Bay 306 is also known as 'The Princess Suite'. The apartment at Glitter Bay has been named as such after the two Princesses who owned the apartment when it was first built.
The Princess Suite is a 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. This property is laid out over two floors and comfortably sleeps six in its three en-suite bedrooms, inspired by different countries. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, has ceiling fans and a balcony for enjoying cooling breezes or basking in the views beyond.
The apartment includes a fully fitted Italian kitchen, comfortable lounge area, which leads out onto a covered dining area and terrace. The living room is also fitted with a music system, an I-pod docking station and wireless internet connection.
The views are wonderful across the tropical gardens to the communal swimming pool. They extend to the warm inviting waters of the Caribbean Sea.

A security deposit of US$1,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
