A wonderful villa on Sandy Lane beach, full of history and tradition. Beautifully landscaped gardens are a peaceful retreat and a private pool and tennis court complete this tranquil setting.
Heronetta is one of the few beachfront properties directly on the Sandy Lane beach in Barbados.
The house is surrounded by 4 acres of lush tropical garden on a long stretch of the Sandy Lane beach. The interior of this exceptionally finished home is spacious with soaring ceilings and large windows exposing views of lush tropical vegetation. The open-style great room is an ideal space for entertaining and has access to the terrace and courtyard. It offers an airy seating area with plush furnishings, indoor plants and a long wooden dining table.
Heronetta consists of five double, air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other three are positioned in the delightful cottages near the main house. The house has wireless internet in all rooms and a wireless printer.
The villa features a lovely swimming pool and a private tennis court and you also have access to the private cabana (storage room) located on the popular Sandy Lane beach.
It is the perfect setting for Wellness/Yoga Retreats. Also very suitable for hosting Celebration Dinners for up to 30 people, as the amenities are in place to comfortably accommodate gatherings of this size. These options are subject to the villa being rented for a minimum of one week.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
