Porters Place 11 is a wonderful villa in the gated community of Porters, St. James, Barbados. This modern Caribbean villa marries a sleek design with island charm, featuring minimalist white and natural tones complemented by striking Caribbean photography.
Once you step inside, you will discover a spacious open-concept layout where the living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen, ideal for entertaining and enjoying a cosy meal. The kitchen island is perfect for a quick breakfast or morning coffee. The terrace area boasts an outdoor oasis with a dining table for alfresco meals, a coffee nook, and a BBQ grill – the pool and lounge deck offer ultimate relaxation.
The villa includes three bedrooms designed for comfort and style. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, opens directly to the terrace and pool, offering a tranquil retreat with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and sleek shower. Its neutral, white and blue tones add a fresh, tropical touch.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with garden views, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with modern fixtures. The versatile third bedroom features two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed and a shared bathroom with a single sink and shower. All bedrooms combine modern amenities with comfort.
A short drive brings you to the beautiful beaches of Porters or vibrant Holetown, just five minutes away, where you can shop, dine, and enjoy lively bars. For a taste of history and charm, head to Speightstown, 13 minutes away, to explore historic sites, local markets, and coastal dining. At Porters Place 11, your Barbados villa offers relaxation, with nearby attractions ensuring there's always something exciting to explore.

Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).
Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
In addition to the above rates there is a Final Cleaning fee of US$150 per stay, this is payable in advance and will be added to the cost of your stay.

This was our second visit to Barbados and we had a truly wonderful holiday, falling back in love with the island, the way of life and the house we rented for 2 weeks.
