Beautifully furnished contemporary villa at the new Porters Place. This villa benefits from spacious living and garden area with large pool.

Located in the newly built Porters Place development, The White House is situated just moments from the centre of Holetown with a superb selection of pristine beaches, fine dining, shopping, popular bars and coffee shops.

The White House has a prime position on the estate and with its four-bedrooms all en suite is very spacious. Step into this modern yet tropical paradise and sense the heightened quality and style of Barbados’ new level of luxury. A contemporary open-plan layout is enhanced by elegant furnishings, artwork and lighting.

The living space is vibrant and relaxing with meticulously chosen furnishings that capture the Caribbean spirit. Italian porcelain tiles throughout the villa are accentuated by natural-coloured rugs and the walls are adorned with local and international works of art. The living room features a 75-inch LG TV. The fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen features granite countertops and Bosch appliances is a breeze for those who wish to try the Caribbean’s delightful culinary treats. Both areas are air-conditioned.

Sliding doors take you from the internal living and kitchen space onto the covered dining terrace which features an eight-seater sustainable teak dining table and padded chairs. A corner sectional sofa is ideal for lounging. The dining area seamlessly flows into the courtyard with a sun deck, gardens, outdoor swinging egg chair, sustainable teak pool lounge furniture with plush pads and cushions, and of course the amazing 20ft pool. There is also an outdoor shower is also situated on the sun deck.

The master suite is calm and contemporary, features a King bed and Egyptian cotton bedding. Sliding doors open onto the sun deck with the pool steps away. The master bedroom which is en-suite is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan.

Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 are en-suite and guest bedroom 4 has a family bathroom with overhead shower. Two of the guest bedrooms feature kKng beds and the third guest bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a King. All guest bedrooms come complete with flat-screen TVs, fast-speed internet, air conditioning, ceiling fans and the finest bedding.

Porters Place is a gated community with a perimeter fence for the development, security lighting around the whole site, site surveillance and a gate entry system (entry via pin number). The White House is a carbon neutral property, photovoltaic solar panels provide electricity and naturally heated hot water tanks provide the hot water for the villa. There are two parking spots provided for the villa and additional parking is available on site.
