Portico 3 is a luxury three bedroom property with wall-to-wall ocean views that exudes relaxation. Portico 3 offers uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea with access to the beach.

The development offers impeccable architecture. It is perfectly attuned to contemporary Caribbean living and It is conveniently located along the picturesque Prospect Bay. There are nine apartments here, all generously proportioned and beautifully appointed. There are two apartments to each floor. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities including an 80-ft communal pool, gym and spa therapy room. In addition there is secure underground parking.

The open-plan kitchen features solid stone worktops and the highest quality appliances. Every care has been taken in the choice of the best available technology, from the air-conditioning in every room to the centrally integrated audio system and programmable lighting.

Flowing from the living area, the apartment connects seamlessly with a 40-ft private terrace that offers spectacular sea views. This terrace also connects to the oversized master bedroom which features a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a natural stone double vanity, spa bath and an impressive sky shower. The guest bedrooms that are set away from the master are spacious and comfortable, and both have their own walk-in wardrobes and dressing areas, as well as luxurious en-suite bathrooms.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
