Welcome to Queen’s Fort Pavilion, a lovely 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa located within the exclusive Queens Fort community, just moments from the shimmering Caribbean Sea. Set along Barbados’ famed West Coast, this exceptional home blends timeless heritage with modern refinement to create a truly unique island sanctuary.

The villa’s grand entrance sets the tone, with a sweeping bridge driveway lined by Royal Palms, which was once the route taken by troops entering the historic Old Queens Fort in the 17th and 18th centuries. This sense of history, combined with elegant updates and meticulous maintenance, gives the property its enduring charm.

Inside, Queen’s Fort Pavilion features spacious living and entertainment areas, including the inviting principal suite, a comfortable air-conditioned media room, and an elegant reception and dining space that flows effortlessly to the outdoors. Guests can enjoy both covered alfresco dining and open terrace lounging, perfect for relaxed island living.

The main house hosts four beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms along the western wing, each offering privacy and style.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

During the summer the property is rented as the 5 bedroom main house only, without the option to rent the 6th and 7th bedrooms in the cottage.
