A lovely ground floor apartment within steps of the lovely beach at Reeds Bay. Very comfortable and nicely furnished with vibrant colours.
Reeds House 3 is a charming one-bedroom beachfront apartment. From the property, a footpath leads to the beach with turquoise waters only a few steps away.
The interiors of this apartment are a cool blend of Mediterranean architecture and island charm with bright comfy decor in an ocean theme. This apartment has central air conditioning. The airy bedroom has double glass doors which open out to a private balcony, the perfect setting for your morning coffee before a quick swim and a delicious local breakfast! The en suite bathroom has a separate bath and rain shower.
Reeds Bay is lovely and quiet with excellent snorkelling and lots of shade for those looking to spend days on the beach without overdoing the sunshine. Golf, tennis and other sporting activities are only a short drive away and our concierge can guide you to the many vibrant hotspots, luxury shops and fine dining establishments on the West Coast of the island.
Reeds House is equidistant from the bustling Holetown area which features many shops, restaurants and night time entertainment and the quainter historic Speightstown which offers a more laid back authentic island experience with restaurants specialising in Bajan cuisine and several art museums.

A security deposit of US$500 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Kindly note that children are not accepted at this apartment. In addition to the above rates there is a charge of US$100 per stay for final cleaning services, this is payable in advance and will be added to the cost of your stay.

This was our second visit to Barbados and we had a truly wonderful holiday, falling back in love with the island, the way of life and the house we rented for 2 weeks.
