This apartment at Royal Westmoreland has been decorated beautifully throughout. It also has wonderful sea views from the outdoor terraces.
Royal Apartment 234 is beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit at Royal Westmoreland. Located on the third floor of the second block called ‘Palmetto’, the apartment features a beautifully decorated open plan living area complete with smart television and contemporary six-seater dining area. The granite top fitted kitchen sits adjacent to the living area and also features a two seater breakfast bar.
The main living area flows out onto the private covered terrace with its cosy lounge area and inviting distant views of the Western Coastline and the resort gardens below. All bedrooms are en suite and offer the option of air-conditioning or ceiling fans. The Master bedroom is located just off the main living area, provides access to the main patio and also enjoys distant views of the sea. Its impressive en-suite bathroom includes a bath, walk in shower and walk in dressing area.
The first guest bedroom; just off the main entrance, provides two Twin beds; which can be joined, and en-suite bathroom with bath. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed also provides an intimate terrace perfect for enjoying an early morning coffee or quiet afternoon read. Its en-suite bathroom offers a shower.
Guests of Royal Apartment 234 have access to all Royal Westmoreland social amenities, including the Royal Apartments communal swimming pool; just a few yards away, the Sanctuary communal pool and gym, tennis and the Resort Club House. In addition, Royal Apartment 234 offers social golf privileges which allows each guest of the villa to purchase up to 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
Prices include all local property fees (1.50%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please note: In early 2020, Royal Westmoreland announced the likely introduction of a US$10 per person daily fee, payable locally. Although this policy has not yet been implemented, this may change in future.
