Located at the end of a quiet Royal Westmoreland cul-de-sac, Royal Villa 3 is a well appointed standalone 3 bedroom 3 ½ bathroom residence which offers wonderful views out to the Caribbean Sea.
With its split level design, the first of three bedrooms is conveniently located just off the main entrance hall. It offers an en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, ceiling fans and air-conditioning and is furnished with a queen-size bed. Up the short flight of stairs, the main living area offers an open plan living and dining room as well as kitchen complete with three-seater bar area. Also accessible from the upper level is the covered terrace complete with outdoor dining area and sitting area; both enjoying views of the private swimming pool and out to the coast.
On the lower level, the Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area, en-suite bathroom, walk through closet with safe, cable television and direct access to the pool deck. The second guest bedroom, also en-suite, offers two twin beds and walk through closet. This bedroom enjoys a private patio and also provides access to the pool deck. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
Guests of Royal Villa 3 enjoy all of the amenities offered by the Royal Westmoreland resort. Just a short walk away, the main resort offers a club house with golf pro-shop, a restaurant and bar. There are also tennis courts situated on the main resort as well as a communal sanctuary with full-size swimming pool and state of the art fitness centre. Access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club is also provided and includes complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas at Mullins Beach, St. Peter.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please note: In early 2020, Royal Westmoreland announced the likely introduction of a US$10 per person daily fee, payable locally. Although this policy has not yet been implemented, this may change in future.
