Sugar Cane Mews 1 is a very smart newly built villa. Beautifully furnished throughout with a private pool and gorgeous views across the golf course to the sea beyond.
The Sugar Cane Mews is the most recent development of houses within the beautiful Royal Westmoreland Estate. It allows you easy access to the clubhouse and is next to the first tee and short game practice area. The Sanctuary pool and gym, tennis court and Rum Shak bar are also just a short stroll away.
This location has unobstructed sea views with a desirable south-facing aspect. It also has views over the championship golf course really making this a wonderful located villa.
On the ground floor, there is a master suite with a luxury en suite bathroom. There is also a large sitting area which opens up to the garden. Here you will find the pool and terrace area. These are accessed via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.
Two additional guest bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom are also on this level. A fourth en suite master guest bedroom of equally generous proportions is provided on the mezzanine floor.
On the first floor, large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors opens up the elegantly modern living and dining areas. These lead to a covered, south-facing terrace overlooking the private pool. From here the unrivalled fairway and sea views can be enjoyed to their fullest.

A security deposit of US$1,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please Note: A Resort Fee of US$10 per person (16 years and over) per day is payable locally when staying at this property. The fee is payable to Royal Westmoreland on collection of guest cards and provides access to Resort amenities.
