Perfect one bedroom apartment for a couples getaway, ideally located within the Sugar Hill resort on the west coast.
Located in the spectacular Sugar Hill Tennis Village, Palm Breeze is a lovely, one bedroom apartment located at the end of row on the ground floor. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen as well as washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Housekeeping services are provided on a weekly basis, inclusive laundry on request. All towels are provided in the apartment, as well as towels for outdoor and pool use.
The Sugar Hill Tennis Village is set on 90 acres of extremely well maintained grounds. There is a clubhouse with breathtaking views, a magnificent 2,000 sq ft infinity edge pool and state of the art fitness centre. There is also a children’s pool, complimentary tennis at four world-class floodlit courts and a lovely restaurant and bar. A members’ lounge offers satellite television and a quiet area to relax over the odd game of chess. Sugar Hill has 24-hour security patrol and checkpoint on arrival, as well as an onsite management team. Restaurant bookings, local attraction bookings and babysitting can also be arranged for you.
Close by are fine dining restaurants and bars where you can sample local Bajan dishes or sip an ice cold Banks beer. Palm Breeze is just a few minutes’ drive away from some of the most stunning beaches on the West Coast including the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club. Guests of Palm Breeze can take advantage of amenities which include tennis and the gym at the Sugar Hill Club.
Prices include all local property fees (2.50%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
