Frangipani, a beautiful 3-bedroom townhouse located in the exclusive Sugar Hill in Barbados. This lovely villa in Barbados lends itself to active on-site experiences while the excitement of nightlife, beaches, and shopping nearby brings a welcome change of scene. Calming sea views are a distinct feature of this villa and a private pool brings a relaxing day by the water closer to home. With three spacious bedrooms, air conditioning, and plenty of room for lounging, you’ll never want to leave Frangipani.

When you first step into Frangipani at Sugar Hill, you are greeted with a vast open-plan area, equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and relaxed stay. The open-plan living areas are perfect for family get-togethers. A dining and lounge area offers comfortable seating and cooling ceiling fans. A new modern kitchen features a breakfast bar, oven, and microwave. The outside terrace is accessed via French Doors from the lounge. The terrace has beautiful views down to the ocean, and a sizeable seating area for evenings in or entertaining at home. There is a gas bbq for poolside dining and the surrounding area is safeguarded to protect children from accessing the sun deck and pool area. There are four sun loungers and an umbrella on the sun deck, perfect for lazing by the pool.

On the lower level of this villa is the third bedroom, with double bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has immense views of the Caribbean Sea, ensuring that you can wake up every morning to a glorious view of the lapping waves. There is also the option to add on a bunk bed in this room to accommodate two more children if needed for a fee of $50 us per night.

The upper level offers two bedrooms with private balconies and seating, both with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom has a king bed, a large dressing area bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and extensive wardrobe and dressing space.

Spend quality time at a choice of on-site facilities. Four tennis courts, a fitness centre, restaurant, and bar, plus a 2000-square-foot infinity-edge pool, offer numerous opportunities to do so.
