Sugar Hill A18 "Paradise Found" is a stylish luxury 4 bedroom villa located in the exclusive Sugar Hill community in St.James on the West Coast of Barbados. This beautiful detached, light, bright and airy villa features a large unique rock swimming pool complete with a large marble swim up cocktail table and a separate plunge pool.
The villa’s elegantly furnished living and dining room opens on to a spacious terrace via French doors, with various sitting and dining areas. There is also a large wooden decked area with comfortable sun-loungers.
The four bedrooms are all air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and all have en-suite shower rooms. There are two bedrooms located on the upper level of the villa, each with private balconies from where you can enjoy the distant sea views and sunsets. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and the fourth bedroom is located in the separate detached cottage which also has a small kitchenette.
Sugar Hill is a private exclusive gated inland community, located on 50 acres overlooking the Caribbean Sea, and is a short drive away from the fabulous west coast beaches as well as the amenities of Holetown, which include international brand shopping, banks, vibrant nightlife and an excellent choice of restaurants. Guests staying at Paradise Found enjoy access to the Sugar Hill Clubhouse, restaurant, pool, fitness centre and tennis courts and membership at the exclusive Fairmont Beach Club.

A security deposit of US$1,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
