The Summer House is situated on the exclusive Sugar Hill Tennis Resort, in the parish of St James on the West Coast of Barbados. This beautifully decorated 2 storey, four bedroom villa provides quality accommodation nestled amongst the resort’s tropical gardens and boasts stunning sunset views.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms at The Summer House, three en-suite bedrooms in the main house, 2 on the ground floor with access out onto the terrace and 1 twin bedroom on the first floor. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom and is located in an adjoining self-contained and open plan cottage with a kitchenette.

The main living areas at this villa along with a fully-equipped modern kitchen are on the first floor, with an open plan lounge to include DVD player, CD, TV and a dining area, with access to the terrace and a further outdoor dining option.

In addition to the private plunge pool that The Summer House has to offer, guests can use the communal pool at The Clubhouse, along with the other facilities that Sugar Hill including flood-lit tennis courts, fitness centre, an open-plan style clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, and a members' lounge.
