The Falls Townhouse 14 is a beautifully furnished house located within an exclusive residential development near Holetown on the Platinum West Coast. The townhouse has a covered dining terrace and small landscaped garden. The property has three bedrooms that are spacious and bright with high tray ceilings and air conditioning. All bedrooms include en suite bathrooms with marble vanities and either baths or walk-in showers.
An Italian kitchen and open plan living area lead onto a private covered terrace with outdoor dining, providing the perfect spot to soak up the Caribbean sun.
The Falls is within minutes of world-renowned restaurants including The Cliff, Cin Cin and The Tides as well as within walking distance of The Sandy Lane Hotel. Slip away from your tropical haven to the renowned Sandy Lane beach and relax on pristine white powder sands and swim in the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. Paynes Bay beach is also nearby, offering a lively beach bar, water sports and sun chairs for hire.
In nearby Holetown, located within easy walking distance of The Falls, residents can also enjoy private beach access at The Beach House which also offers a swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas and a beachfront restaurant and bar. The area also offers a wonderful selection of amenities and conveniences such as Italian coffee shops, fashion boutiques, duty-free shopping, banks, police station, post office, and a supermarket.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
