The gingerbread section is an oasis. It features four ground-floor bedrooms with a full kitchen, laundry and living area. Gingerbread is highlighted by a spacious patio cooled by calming breezes and views of the tennis court. An eclectic, giant outdoor chess board complements this retreat. The two-bedroom cottage section is steps from Gingerbread and has two private ground-floor, en suite bedrooms with patios overlooking the Koi pond.
