Whitehaven is located in the charming gated community of Westmoreland Hills. The property boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living room and a kitchen.
The villa embraces indoor-outdoor living with its modern design. It features tasteful decorations, including colourful artwork and locally made furnishings, against a backdrop of cool white interiors. The main living area seamlessly connects to the patio through bi-fold doors, leading to a covered lounge and al-fresco dining areas. Additionally, the patio is furnished with high-end furniture and offers ample seating for enjoying the sun deck and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to all culinary needs,
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a convenient workspace. The other bedrooms provide a queen-size bed and two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. This villa provides a wonderful space for a family or friends travelling together. This home is also one of the closest villas to the Recreational Facility which is practically just a few feet away. There is a large swimming pool with a pool bar and a modern gym with new appliances.
The villa has two parking spaces and additional parking can be found just behind the dedicated parking area in front of the Recreational Facility. The entire development carries 52 newly constructed homes and is well-maintained with paved avenues, exterior lighting and excellent tropical landscaping. There are two entrances, both gated.
Westmoreland Hills is located on a ridge, within a 5-7 minute drive down into Holetown. Here you will find shopping, banks, fine dining, bars, nightlife and the west coast experience.
Overall, Whitehaven offers a modern and relaxing holiday experience with stunning views, a private pool, and access to amenities, making it the ideal choice for a memorable vacation in Barbados.

A security deposit of US$1,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
