Windfall at Westland Heights is a stunning, sumptuous five-bedroom villa. A palatial indoor open-air pool offers maximum privacy with the added advantage of a retractable canopy for full shade.
The property is set in immaculate, landscaped tropical gardens within a private gated community, not accessible by the public. It is located just minutes from the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Club, Sugar Hill Estate and Apes Hill Polo Club and is within easy reach of the West Coast beaches, luxury shopping, fine dining and nightlife. With its stylish interiors and thoughtful touches, this beautiful Barbados home takes Caribbean villa living to the next level.
Windfall offers a spacious pool deck. This is perfect for entertaining friends and family and flows seamlessly into the main living area and bar. Guests have two main dining areas to choose from. It also has a delightful gazebo for up to 10 people. There is also a smaller kitchen breakfast bar that is ideal for younger children. On the upper level is a cocktail lounge from which to enjoy the ocean views and the Caribbean sunsets.
Windfall also includes a large media room with flat screen TV and a selection of books and board games.
Windfall offers two Master suites and then three further bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and is also air-conditioned. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, safes, bluetooth speakers and hairdryers.
Windfall villa can be rented together with its sister property Cool Wind to provide accommodation for up to 22 guests.

A security deposit of US$2,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
