The villa features three luxuriously appointed en-suite bedrooms, each complete with a king-sized bed (two of which can be arranged as twins), walk-through wardrobes, private terraces and balconies, ensuring comfort and privacy. Designed for ultimate comfort and privacy, these bedrooms provide a restful retreat.
At the heart of Claridges 1 is a spacious, open living area that flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with local ingredients. Beyond the living area, the villa opens onto a beautifully landscaped garden, creating a serene oasis for relaxation. A covered terrace serves as an inviting outdoor lounge area, ideal for enjoying morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the island's natural beauty.
For moments of quiet relaxation or entertainment, the villa features a separate gallery area, offering a cosy space for reading or watching movies. Outside, guests can unwind beside the shared swimming pool, surrounded by a sun-drenched deck equipped with personal sun loungers and a charming gazebo—a perfect spot for lounging under the Caribbean sun.
Centrally located, Claridges 1 provides easy access to the vibrant towns of Holetown and Speightstown, known for their rich cultural heritage, upscale shopping, and diverse dining options. Guests can also explore nearby beaches, indulge in water sports, or simply bask in the island's warm climate. The development is a short walk to Gibbs Beach and also nearby Sea Shed restaurant where sun loungers can be hired.

Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).
Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
