Welcome to the newly built Crescent at Coral Beach 101, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gated apartment located in Little Battaleys, St. Peter, on the platinum West Coast of Barbados with access to a beach directly across from the property.

This modern apartment is beautifully decorated with warm tones, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere for the perfect Barbados vacation. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and large wardrobe space, as well as an ensuite double-sink bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds as needed. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to five people, with the added option of a convertible sectional, making it ideal for family-friendly accommodations or groups of friends. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the extended patio with beautiful landscaping that helps to create privacy.

A highlight of the Crescent at Coral Beach 101 is its open-plan concept, versatile furnishings, and wheelchair-friendly space. Mullins Beach is within walking distance , nearby are several restaurants and bars offer local and international cuisine. Shopping is also nearby. Holetown and Speightstown feature a variety of shops, restaurants, and local and chic bars, including the best place to shop in Barbados, Limegrove Lifestyle Centre. All of these places can be reached by a short taxi ride or by public transportation available in front of the condo. If you should rent a vehicle, the apartment comes with an assigned off-street parking space.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period.
