This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property spans over 3,000 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space. The open-concept layout effortlessly connects the stylish living and dining areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Expansive windows and sliding glass doors flood the home with natural light and frame stunning views of the golf course and the sparkling Caribbean Sea.
Enjoy relaxing in the cozy yet sophisticated living area, complete with plush seating, air-conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The elegant dining space comfortably seats six, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or gourmet creations by a private chef. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and sleek countertops to meet all your culinary needs.
Each of the three spacious bedrooms is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning. The master bedroom offers its own private balcony with panoramic views, an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).
Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

This was our second visit to Barbados and we had a truly wonderful holiday, falling back in love with the island, the way of life and the house we rented for 2 weeks.
