This golf villa is located ‘end of row’ within the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, offering beautiful views of the West Coast and Caribbean Sea. Resort amenities including clubhouse with a swimming pool, gym and spa facilities as well as tennis, golf and beach club.
The villa features two en suite bedrooms and an additional guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, inclusive dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and ice maker. The living, dining and sitting areas are all located on the upper levels and lead onto terraces offering stunning sea, estate or golf course views. The villa’s housekeeper, Cecily, will ensure the villa is kept tidy during your stay, and will also manage laundry services, leaving you with the sole task of concentrating on your enjoyably relaxing holiday.
As well as offering access to the World Class Royal Westmoreland Golf Course, staying at Forest Hills 35 also includes use of the tennis courts, private pools, gym and outstanding club house with restaurant and bar. Beach lovers will be happy to know that beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the Beach Club at Mullins, which also includes a popular beach bar and restaurant, water sports and ample members parking.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
