Jasmine, located within the exclusive Mullins Bay development, is a recently renovated, three-bedroom townhouse decorated with a cool, neutral palette accented with splashes of bright colour. Its spacious, three-storey layout features accommodation for up to seven people, an inviting air-conditioned living area, well-equipped kitchen and delightful covered dining terrace overlooking a private plunge pool and beautifully manicured gardens. Jasmine also has a private roof deck, with its incredible views of the Caribbean sea and horizon, it is an ideal place to relax under blue skies or enjoy a sunset cocktail. It is just a stone's throw from Mullins Bay beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island.
The townhouse has three bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning; the ground floor bedroom opens on to the dining terrace, whilst the two bedrooms on the first floor open on to a shared terrace. Jasmine can accommodate up to seven people comfortably, as one bedroom features three single beds.
The Mullins Bay development is a spacious, gated community. It offers 24-hour security, assigned parking and easy access to Holetown & Speightstown, both offering cafes, fine dining restaurants, boutique shopping and other convenient amenities. For golfers, the renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Course is just 10 minutes away by car.
Located just across the road from Mullins Beach, guests have access to water sports and a popular beach bar and restaurant. Guests also benefit from Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach membership with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas and access to the restaurant. Fairmont Royal Pavilion is located within 10 minutes drive and is close to shopping, fine dining, cinema and much more. Beautiful Gibbs Bay beach, ideal for strolls along the white sandy shore, is located within easy walking distance of Jasmine.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
