Palm Tree Villa is a beautiful villa within the Sandy Lane Estate and blends modern, stylish design with Caribbean living to create the perfect place to call home when in Barbados.
This property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which sleeps a total of 8 guests, making it very suitable for families and groups. From the time you enter Palm Tree Villa the high ceilings and beautiful furnishings take your breath away.
The property is designed on one level with the exception of one step into the bedrooms and stairs to the pool. The open layout seamlessly connects the living spaces, including a fully equipped bar and a covered patio that overlooks the inviting pool deck, gazebo, and lush tropical gardens, setting the tone for your island getaway.
Guests staying at Villa Palm Tree have the privilege of accessing the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club. Here, you can take advantage of complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas. The beach club also features an onsite bar and a private cabana (storage room), ensuring a luxurious beach experience throughout your stay.

A security deposit of US$3,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
