A lovely private villa located minutes from Gibbs beach with a superb private pool and garden.
Rock Ridge is a detached villa located in a quiet residential neighbourhood within a 10 minute walk of the renowned Gibbs Beach in St. Peter.
It is a lovely, spacious villa which opens to a beautiful free form swimming pool. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with the master suite occupying the entire first floor with direct access to two separate balconies. All of the bedrooms are en-suite and feature views of the gardens or terrace.
An open-plan kitchen leads to the covered dining terrace and lounge, both located poolside. There's plenty of room to enjoy the outdoor space which is perfect for entertaining, al fresco dining or simply reading a book and soaking up the tropical breezes.
The villa is located in close proximity to a wide array of west coast amenities including beautiful beaches, banks, supermarkets, Limegrove Lifestyle Centre and fine dining in Holetown and also Speightstown.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

This was our second visit to Barbados and we had a truly wonderful holiday, falling back in love with the island, the way of life and the house we rented for 2 weeks.
