A smart Bajan villa which has recently been upgraded to provide superb accommodation with a cottage and gym, located on the Sandy Lane estate.
Rose of Sharon is an elegant 6 bedroom villa located on the Sandy Lane estate. The villa has recently been completely upgraded to a very high standard. As well as the main house, there is an additional building with a purpose built gym and top class equipment that includes TV, audio equipment, etc. The grounds have been extended and the garden completely transformed, including lush yet manicured lawns and beds.
There are four double air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house on the first floor, with two Master bedrooms each having their own en-suite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms also with en-suite bathrooms. The additional 2 bedrooms are located in a recently built guest cottage across from the pool, with their own living and dining areas and fully-equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Living can either be indoors or on the covered terrace overlooking the lovely large pool and tropical gardens stretching to 1 1/2 acres. The ground floor of the main house includes a large air conditioned living room opening onto the covered terrace and a separate dining room and further breakfast/kitchen area.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
A 10 night minimum duration applies to Easter bookings.
