A lovely 3 bedroom Royal Apartment at Westmoreland. Very smartly furnished throughout and benefitting from full membership.
Royal Apartment 214 is a beautifully furnished ground floor apartment located within the gated community of the Royal Westmoreland Resort on the platinum coast of Barbados. The apartment offers three spacious ensuite bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Upon entering you are welcomed by an open plan living space which flows onto the covered patio, perfect for al fresco dining and sundowners. The first guest bedroom located just off the main entrance, provides a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and bath with ample wardrobe space.
The second guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds and features a shower. This room provides an intimate terrace perfect for enjoying an early morning coffee or quiet afternoon read.
The Master bedroom, located adjacent to the living area, provides access to the main patio and views of well-manicured gardens. Its impressive ensuite bathroom includes a bath, walk in shower, double vanity and walk in wardrobe with safe.
Royal Apartment 214 offers Full Membership permitting guests access to the all amenities of Royal Westmoreland.
The apartment is situated 5 minutes' drive from the closest beach at Colony Club and Holetown. Holetown is a lovely town, where you'll find nightlife, restaurants, bars, shopping and an excellent supermarket.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please Note: A Resort Fee of US$10 per person (16 years and over) per day is payable locally when staying at this property. The fee is payable to Royal Westmoreland on collection of guest cards and provides access to Resort amenities.
