Located on the world-renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, Royal Villa No. 22 is a beautifully furnished detached three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom villa.
The upper level of the property offers high-vaulted ceilings and features an open plan living and dining area, Miele kitchen with induction stovetop, and covered terrace perfect for quiet afternoon reading or enjoying the views out to the communal swimming pool and sea beyond. Also located on the entry-level is the first guest bedroom which offers an en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
On the lower level, the en suite Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area. The second guest bedroom, also en suite, offers 2 twin beds and walk through closet. Both bedrooms offer a covered patio and provide access to the pool deck. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
The main resort, just a short distance away offers a clubhouse with pro-shop, restaurant and bar. There is also the Sanctuary which hosts another communal pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Tennis courts are also available on the main resort. As a privileged guest of Royal Villa 22 you will also have access to the Mullins Bay Beach Club where complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available and the benefit of full membership.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
