Formerly known as 'Tamarind Villa', Birds Eye Villa is a lovely semi-detached villa with pool located in the elevated Sugar Hill Tennis Resort, Barbados. This elegant two-storey villa features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, offering stunning westward views of the Caribbean Sea from its elevated position.
The entrance welcomes guests with a spacious living and dining area, leading to a newly renovated kitchen designed for modern convenience. On this level there is also a large bedroom suite with twin beds and high-quality trundles, accommodating up to four guests. The villa’s thoughtful design maximizes space and views, with expansive windows and doors that open onto sunlit patios and outdoor living areas. A pristine swimming pool nestled within manicured gardens provides a serene spot for relaxation and entertaining.
The upper floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation, featuring a master bedroom with King bed, ample wardrobe space, a double vanity, a bath, and a shower, ensuring the ultimate in luxury. An additional guest bedroom also with King bed on this floor offers comfortable accommodations, each room designed to showcase the beauty of the surrounding tropical landscapes and sea views.
Birds Eye Villa’s prime location provides easy access to Barbados’ world-class beaches, gourmet dining, and exclusive shopping. Guests also enjoy membership to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, enhancing their Caribbean experience with premium amenities and services.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
