A lovely villa which has been very smartly furnished throughout. A great base for a family holiday near to Holetown with its amenities and local beaches.
The Falls Townhouse 4 has been beautifully furnished with three en suite bedrooms fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with marble vanities and either baths or walk-in showers. The townhouse has a covered dining terrace and small landscaped garden. An Italian kitchen and open plan living area lead onto the terrace with outdoor dining, providing the perfect spot to relax, eat and drink.
The Falls is within minutes of world-renowned restaurants including The Cliff, Cin Cin and The Tides as well as within walking distance of The Sandy Lane Hotel. Slip away from your tropical haven to the renowned Sandy Lane beach and relax on pristine white powder sands and swim in the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. Paynes Bay beach is also nearby, offering a lively beach bar, water sports and sun chairs for hire.
In nearby Holetown, located within easy walking distance of The Falls, residents can also enjoy private beach access at The Beach House which also offers a swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas and a beachfront restaurant and bar. The area also offers a wonderful selection of amenities and conveniences such as Italian coffee shops, fashion boutiques, duty-free shopping, banks, police station, post office, public library and a supermarket.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
