Westmoreland Hills 22 is a luxury 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa located in this newly developed, exclusive gated community in Westmoreland.
Wonderful unobstructed panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and beautiful sunsets, this villa offers island chic décor with its cool colour palette, open floor plan with ceiling to floor doors that lead onto a covered outdoor dining, lounge area and open pool terrace.
As you enter the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Guest Bedroom 3 situated directly to your right on this level. This bedroom features twin beds and a shower only en suite.
The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 are situated to the left through a short hallway. Guest Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and shower only en suite. The Master Bedroom features a king bed, bath and shower en suite with a double vanity and spacious floor to ceiling closets. This room provides a walk out access to the pool terrace and small garden. Guest Bedroom 4 and bathroom is located on the lower floor of the villa and has private access which cannot be gained from the main house.
Westmoreland Hills properties do not have access to the former communal swimming pool and gym facilities.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
