The bedroom level sits above the main living area, creating a serene retreat where two of the bedrooms - including the master bedroom - open onto private balconies with breathtaking sea views.
On the lower level, an open-plan layout connects the modern kitchen, dining, and living spaces to an expansive covered terrace with an infinity edge pool - perfect for entertaining, lounging, or dining alfresco with the sea as your backdrop. The additional versatile TV room on the lower level offers flexible space for a media lounge, office, or playroom, ideal for extra guests or families.
Westmoreland Hills 43 enviable location offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort on Barbados’ coveted west coast, being mere minutes from the world-renowned Sandy Lane Golf Course and Royal Westmoreland Golf Course. There is a wide selection of beaches, watersports activities, fine-dining restaurants, and a vibrant nightlife. Limegrove in Holetown also features an array of high-end restaurants, designer boutiques, jewellers, and specialty shops.
Nearby, Clifton Market offers convenient access to a mini mart, while the charming Chattel Village of traditional shops adds a local flair. For extensive shopping needs, the expansive Massy Superstore provides a diverse selection of products, including imports from the UK and locally sourced items.
Westmoreland Hills properties do not have access to the former communal swimming pool and gym facilities.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
