Westmoreland Hills 45 is a stunning villa situated on a newly built gated development with 24 hour security for peace of mind. The contemporary white washed villas designed to maximise the ‘indoor-outdoor’ open plan living space with stunning 180 degree views.
The 4 spacious sized bedrooms, with the master bedroom and second bedroom both enjoying beautiful ocean views and a large shared terrace. There is a lovely seating area to take in the views from a higher perspective. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms and the whole villa sleeps 8 people very comfortably.
The lower level of the villa opens fully onto to a large terrace with outdoor seating and a large family table which follows on from a spacious open plan kitchen with bar seating. The comfy living area is fully air-conditioned and there are also ceiling fans in each room and additionally on the terrace. All of this leads out to an infinity private pool over looking a private garden area and amazing sea views.
As the villa is situated up on Westmoreland Hills it has a Caribbean breeze to relax with a cocktail in hand watching the stunning sunset from your own private terrace.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
