Forest Hills 2 is an elegant three bedroom villa located within the Forest Hills Community of the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort.
This well maintained split-level villa features 2 bedrooms; on the lower level, each leading out onto a verandah and offering views of the Golf Course and out to the Caribbean Sea. On the upper level, the large, bright and airy floor plan offers an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room flowing onto a partially covered verandah. The third bedroom, accessed just off the entry courtyard is situated in a fully-contained guest cottage with en suite bathroom.
Residents of the Forest Hills community can enjoy access to the large Forest Hills communal swimming pool as well as the other world-class amenities offered by Royal Westmoreland Resort, such as; the 18-hole championship golf course, flood-lit tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness centre, Clubhouse and beach membership at the famous Mullins Beach.
Royal Westmoreland Resort is located within close proximity to the historic town of Holetown and providing easy access to banks, supermarkets, Limegrove Lifestyle Center, fine dining and nightlife.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

This was our second visit to Barbados and we had a truly wonderful holiday, falling back in love with the island, the way of life and the house we rented for 2 weeks.
