Ground‑floor, two‑bedroom garden & pool‑view retreat just steps from the beach. Enjoy a private terrace, resort pool, tennis, and beach—all in relaxed west‑coast style.

Glitter Bay 107 is a two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor in the second block of the property affording beautiful pool and garden views which can accommodate 5 guests. The living area at Glitter Bay 107 is open plan and has a spacious lounge area that leads out onto to the terrace. On the terrace there is additional seating and dining space with views overlooking the grounds.

The living area has a smart TV, there is also a well-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

Glitter Bay offers large communal gardens, a communal pool with separate wading pool, with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also beach attendant on hand and towel service. The outdoor facilities also include a snack bar which offers drinks and bites during the day, two flood lit tennis courts, table tennis and 24/7 security. Just along the beach is Fairmont Beach club, Ju-Ju’s and the Lonestar restaurant.

Nearby is Holetown which is a 5 minute drive here you will find local bars and restaurants, Limegrove Lifestyle Centre with a range of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping, Massy Supermarket, banks, post office, petrol station. Speightstown is about 10 minutes away offering an eclectic mix of beach bars and restaurants, local supermarket and street vendors.

Christmas and New Year Pricing Information

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
