Glitter Bay 113 ‘Sea Wind II’ is a two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor (raised terrace) in the last block of the property affording serene garden views and sleeps 4 with the existing bedding. Sea Wind II can be rented as a one bedroom deluxe except at Xmas/New Year.

Glitter Bay offers large communal gardens, a communal pool with separate wading pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, beach attendant and towel service, a snack bar which offers drinks and bites during the day, two flood lit tennis courts, table tennis and 24/7 security. Just along the beach is Fairmont Beach Club, Ju-Ju’s and Lonestar.

Holetown is a 5 minute drive where you will find local bars and restaurants, Limegrove Lifestyle Center with a range of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping, Massy Supermarket, banks, post office, petrol station. Speightstown is about 10 minutes away offering an eclectic mix of beach bars and restaurants, local supermarket and street vendors.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period.
