Mullins Bay Townhouse 4 'Tamarind' is a three bedroom split level townhouse located in the gated community of Mullins Bay, just across from the beautiful and well-known Mullins Beach.
Mullins Bay offers 24/7 security with a manned gatehouse as well as easy access to the beach just across the road.
On Mullins Beach you have the very popular Sea Shed bar and restaurant. Speightstown is located a quick 5 minute drive away to the north has an array of beachside bars and restaurants including Local & Co, La Plage, Little Bristol, Orange Street Grocer, and Baia. Just further along is Pier One and Fish Pot. Jordan’s Supermarket is convenient and has a more local product selection.
Holetown is a 10 minute drive south and there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, and the Limegrove Centre along with Massy Supermarket with more international brands featuring some popular Waitrose products.
The living area and kitchen are situated on the lower level, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and socialising. The living area, complete with a flat-screen TV, flows seamlessly to the pool and al fresco dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, full fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, providing everything you need for meal preparation and home dining.
The downstairs bedroom features a luxurious king bed, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. This bedroom opens directly to the al fresco dining area and the private pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The adjacent downstairs bathroom offers a single marble vanity and a shower area.
On the second level, the second bedroom is a serene retreat with a king bed, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. It leads out to a small balcony where you can enjoy stunning ocean views. This bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a separate shower, a freestanding tub, and a marble vanity.
Also located on the second level, the third bedroom offers versatile twin beds that can be combined into a king bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and it opens to a small balcony with ocean views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The third bathroom, located across the hall, features a shower and a marble vanity.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
