Royal Villa 7 is a nicely appointed 3 bedroom villa located in the world renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Estate affording serene views over the resort's small lake and lush gardens plus sea views from both levels. This split level villa is ideal for a family retreat or for close friends looking for spacious and private accommodation.
Upon entering this split level, fully detached villa, Bedroom 3 is located to the right, whilst the remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level via stairs on the left. At the entrance, guests will be lead to the open plan living/dining area, with the kitchen tucked away just behind. This area boasts high pickled tray ceilings, ceiling fans and double doors which open onto a covered terrace allowing for constant cooling breezes. From the upper level, you can enjoy beautiful views over the small lake, lush gardens and the Caribbean Sea.
The spacious en-suite bedrooms are all air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. The large master suite is located on the ground floor with king-sized bed, bath and shower and is equipped with a flat screen television and Apple TV. This bedroom has direct access to a sun terrace overlooking the resort's tranquil small lake and gardens. The second guest bedroom, also situated on the ground floor includes twin beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a recessed covered terrace for added privacy. This area leads right onto the Master bedroom's shared sun terrace enjoying the same views over landscaped gardens. The third bedroom, with queen-sized bed is located on the first floor and offers comfortable accommodation for guests.
This villa comes complete with housekeeping, dedicated villa manager and 24hr security.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

The above prices include all local taxes and service charges. Where applicable, VAT is included at 7.5% until 31st December 2019 and at 15% thereafter. The Barbados Government Room Rate Levy is also included at 2.5% or US$10 per room per night, whichever is lower. A security deposit of US$1000 will be required on arrival.
Please Note: The Royal Westmoreland daily resort fee of US$20 per day is INCLUDED in the above rates and is NOT payable locally for this property. The Resort Fee provides access to Club amenities.
